Listed below is our range of Hiptop Slide also known as Motorola Q700 accessories. Click on an item title for more information about that accessory.
Made by Motorola the HipTop Slide was a rebranded Sidekick phone that was immensely successful with teens and young adults in the United States and catered to the same audience in Australia
The screen had the most noticeable difference from previous HipTop models; instead of swivelling and flipping up previous models did, the 2.5 inch screen on the Hiptop Slide simply slides up.
The HipTop's SMS, texting, and e-mail capabilities were its main selling points. Including both Windows Live Messenger and Yahoo! Messenger preinstalled, the configuration and ease of use were excellent.
The Hiptop smartphone plan included an unrestricted number of text messages every month. And in addition to the included HipTop e-mail address, the Hiptop Slide could accommodate up to three POP3 and IMAP e-mail accounts. The e-mail service performed well, but larger applications took a long time to download due to slow network speeds.
