Motorola's RAZR M is a 4G Android mobile phone that has a 1.5-GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, a 4.3-inch screen and an 8 megapixel camera.

The back cover is made from Kevlar material and has a diagonal pattern. This handset is smaller than the Razr HD and will appeal to users who don't need a large device like the RAZR HD. The screen of the Razr M is a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED design that is smaller than the RAZR HD and provides crisp, sharp images when playing games or watching movies.

The Razr M has dual-channel Wi-Fi, which gives superior performance. The 8-megapixel camera is simple to use and has a shortcut on the phone's lock screen. The camera will also record video at 1080p resolution.

The heart of the Razr M is a Dual 1500 MHz, Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon CPU teamed with 1GB of RAM and the device weighs only 126 grams.

The display was protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 2, ensuring durability and resistance to scratches.

Running on Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich), which was upgradable to 4.1 (Jelly Bean), the Razr M XT905 offered a smooth and efficient user experience. Powered by a Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 Plus chipset and a dual-core 1.5 GHz Krait CPU, the phone delivered fast performance and responsiveness.
